BYLAWS and OPERATING CODES

The functions of NYS AHPERD are driven by our Bylaws and Operating Codes. The Bylaws and Operating Codes Committee, working in conjunction with the Association leadership and Executive Director, is responsible for the development and maintenance of both the bylaws and operating codes.

NYS AHPERD BYLAWS

A bylaw is a rule created by a community or organization that only applies to itself. Bylaws are a way for organizations to partially customize rules to suit their unique needs.

NYS AHPERD OPERATING CODES

Operating Codes are rules and regulations adopted by the Executive Council that apply generally to the management and operation of the association.

NYS AHPERD Financial Reports

To ensure proper accounting of the funds of the association, an independent accounting firm is contracted annually to complete an audit on the financial statements of the association.

An independent audit was completed on the 2024-2025 financial statements of NYS AHPERD by Fitzgerald, DePietro & Wojnas CPAs, P.C.
