Lifetime service award

Nominees must have been a NYS AHPERD professional member for 25 years, or more, and if applicable, their membership must be current.

Additionally, the nominee must have 25 years of experience in the disciplines of health education, physical education, recreation and/or dance education. They must also be able to demonstrate extensive and meritorious service to the

Association, having served in the presidential rotation, on the board of directors; as a member of the Executive Council, secretary and/or treasurer.
